FEES
Confident Communicators offers assessment and treatment for preschool and school aged children. Treatment sessions are available for 45 minute or 1 hour sessions. Fees are based on the recommended rates by the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA). Please contact us for information regarding our fees.

Out of office visits as well as consultation with other professionals, can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations

A full session fee will be charged for any appointments missed without 24 hrs notice – this fee is waived in cases of emergency or inclement weather
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is due at the end of each assessment or treatment session.
We accept, VISA or MasterCard or E-Transfer.

An official receipt will be provided upon receipt of payment. Private speech and language services whether with an SLP or a CDA are covered by most group insurance plans and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
